My client is looking for a capable and professional Events Coordinator to join their fast paced and dynamic team. Very much a role of coordination, organisation and planning, we are looking for a super organised individual with previous events experience.

This is a busy and demanding tole which will suit a ‘do-er’, someone who can make things happen, and get things done. The business running a busy schedule of events which require support and administration.

Events Coordinator responsibilities include...

The main purpose of the role is to:

·         Support the Business Development and Marketing Departments with the timely delivery of projects and events including invitations and catering, budgeting, arranging attendance at events and updating the firm on events and marketing activities, and market research

·         Plan and deliver high level industry events

·         Plan, create and deliver a schedule of events for the business

·         Assist the business with all event related queries and provide administrative support to the Business Development function

In addition to exemplary administration skills, the successful candidate will be a capable communicator able to liaise and interact confidently at all levels.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience within a Professional Services environment, be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, perform well under pressure and work to tight deadline. Excellent communication skills and experience of using a variety of software is also essential.
