This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high end hospitality brand as one of their events team. Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for assisting with selling, developing and preparing client proposals to deliver events including corporate meetings and weddings.

Events Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Providing quotations for wedding and events in a prompt and timely manner
  • Providing prospective clients with tours of the business
  • Booking of all wedding and events including sending out of contracts and taking deposits
  • Allocating day planners and providing reports on individual events
  • Acting as an ambassador for the business including providing first class customer services and administration to support

Events Coordinator requirements include...

The successful candidate will ideally be able to display previous experience within an events based role, ideally within a hospitality environment. A high level of client service is also key and as such, first class communication skills along with the ability to provide timely information is key. The role will require the need for some weekend working (approximately one in every three/four) along with shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
