You will be able to get involved in a great variety of events and bookings, ranging from booking a band for a celebratory event to the launch of some of the most innovative global brands.

Entertainment Sales Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Producing quality proposals with speed and efficiency
  • In depth knowledge of your acts, in order to sell the right acts to meet the client’s needs
  • Selling non-exclusive entertainment acts and services to clients
  • Building and maintaining great relationships with your acts
  • Nurturing existing clients, providing exemplary customer service
  • Developing new clients from initial enquiries, converting to long term clients
  • Identifying prospect clients and making quality sales approaches to secure new business
  • Contracting, invoicing and overseeing all logistics for events
  • All administration involved in the sale

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Demonstrable track record in sales (including generating leads, uncovering needs and closing deals)
  • Highly IT Literate with excellent online research skills
  • Creative and imaginative with bags of initiative
  • Attentive to detail and highly organised
  • Competent and confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
  • A real people person who thrives in a team setting, able to make a positive contribution
  • Able to manage a heavy workload, manage own time and prioritise accordingly
