My client is seeking someone to work alongside the Group Marketing Manager as Digital Marketing Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive or Junior Marketing Manager to move into a more senior role.

The ideal candidate will have some man-management experience and be keen to take on the responsibility of the day to day to guidance of a small marketing team. Working with the Group Manager on strategy, you would be principally responsible for its execution. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your field, be creative and idea strong, self-leading and the ability to lead the team. Your solid digital marketing knowledge will be underpinned by your hunger and drive.

This position would suit someone who comes from a high profile agency background, however candidates with a strong commercial background will also be considered. Responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include...


·         Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

·         Design, build and maintain our social media presence

·         Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·         Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

·         Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

·         Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

·         Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience

·         Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

·         Liaise with 3rd party suppliers

Digital Marketing Manager requirements include...


·         Degree within marketing or a related field

·         Proven working experience in digital marketing

·         Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

·         Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

·         Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

·         Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

·         Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

·         Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

·         Previous team leader or man management skills
