A well established and thriving Exeter based business has a current requirement for a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager, to plan, implement and delivery the company’s ecommerce strategy. 

The successful candidate will come from a digital marketing background with demonstrable experience in all aspects of digital marketing from a strategic level through to the day to day operational activities and responsibilities to ensure the delivery of the company objectives.

Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager responsibilities include...

  • Set and deliver the company’s ecommerce strategy
  • Manage the website performance in line with business requirements
  • Manage the eCommerce outlets to maximise product sales
  • Promotion marketing of new and existing products
  • Dedicated focus on traffic generation, conversion and customer retention
  • Optimise marketing activities to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Implement change based on site performance to maximise site traffic and conversion rates
  • Provide regular competitor intelligence
  • Plan, implement and analyse online marketing campaigns
  • Manage Social Media activities, ensuring relevant and fresh content is created
