Change Coach

Cathedral Appointments is looking for an empathetic Digital Change Coach to join our social enterprise client for a FTC until December 2019. The role will be key to an exciting new project they are running to help people overcome digital barriers and progress into education or employment. The role will require you to have excellent time management, mentoring and communication skills to support your specific caseload of candidates through their training. We have two roles available each covering a different locality: Plymouth, Torbay, Exeter and South Hams or North Devon and all other aspects of Devon.

Change Coach responsibilities include...

  • Line manage a digital trainer and training assistant in your area
  • Manage a personal caseload of participants and be their single point of contact
  • Confident working to targets and KPI’s
  • Recruit new candidates using a variety of engagement tactics and make sure that they met the eligibility criteria
  • Establish SMART action plans and optimum progression routes for each candidate while regularly reviewing their progress
  • Work within agreed procedures ensuring that you comply with GDPR regulations, data protections laws and confidentiality standards  Develop and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to help identify local opportunities 

Change Coach requirements include...

  • Be passionate about the positive effects of digital training on people’s lives
  • Previous experience within a training role
  • Able to work autonomously with good time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Able to engage with people from all backgrounds and varying disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of creating new business opportunities would be desirable
  • Access to your own transport will be required
  • Previous management of a small team would be desirable
