Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the key purpose of this role is to manage the activity and workflow of the Data Management Team, ensuring that client data deliveries and internal data projects are completed to the required specification, timescale and ensuring quality control. You will be the first point of contact internally for any data-related queries or briefs generated from the Commercial Team, managing this workflow to keep interruptions to the Data Management Team to a minimum enabling them to meet delivery timelines.

Candidates should have:

Essentials:

  • An exemplary customer service manner and ability to confidently and articulately discuss client issues by both telephone and email.
  • Previous experience of workflow, process or account management.
  • An understanding of data and working with spreadsheets and/or databases.
  • Solid numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent client and team project and workload management skills.
  • A flexibility to work outside of normal hours to meet project deadlines where required.
  • An ability to understand clients’ complex data requirements and articulate this to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage own time.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to manage multiple workflows and resources both internally and with clients in a high pace environment.
  • An understanding of the value of ‘team.’
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Mathematics/Physics related degree or similar qualification
  • Experience of working within a digital, creative or marketing environment
  • Experience of workflow and project management software e.g.  Trello, PODIO, MS Project.
  • Experience of an agile or scrum environment.
  • A positive and flexible attitude with a drive to achieving both personal and business success.
