My client, an international business based in Exeter are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a busy role in which the successful candidate will manage incoming queries, liaise with other departments and then report back to customers. 

Customer Support Advisor responsibilities include...

  • Log all customer queries and ensure that they are allocated to the appropriate member of staff ensuring that they understand service levels required
  • Be the first port of call for all incoming customer queries, ensuring all service needs are met
  • Keep track of customer queries ensuring that they are resolved to the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Record and maintain accurate KPI information to enable the production of meaningful reports.
  • Keep customers up to date on the progress of their queries, running Performance Monitoring Reports where needed.
  • Attend customer meetings as necessary.
  • Build relationships with our customers to understand their requirements for service.
  • Fully understand business commitments for each customer.

Customer Support Advisor requirements include...

Candidates should have previous office based customer service experience ideally within Healthcare or IT, however, this is not essential. They should have experience of working according to targets or SLAs and should have excellent IT skills.
