Customer Service Supervisor – A fantastic opportunity has been registered with Cathedral Appointments. Based in Exeter City Centre, our client is seeking a personable and dynamic individual for a Customer Service Supervisor role. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position will be responsible for managing a small team, whilst at the same time working alongside them, providing an excellent service to their customers. You will be working closely with distributors and couriers ensuring that customers are given the best possible experience. 

Customer Service Supervisor responsibilities include...

  • Development of a leading workforce and customer service department.
  • Working with the management team to recruit and employ the appropriate number of employees.
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including the induction of new employees.
  • Lead employees using a performance management and development process, in line with the company framework.
  • Customer management (orders, product queries and customer aftercare)
  • Health & Safety of the workforce

Customer Service Supervisor requirements include...

  • Previous office-based experience, ideally in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer service administration
  • Previous experience supervising a team in line with KPI’s.
  • Natural leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Experience working to deadlines
  • Personable and friendly with an excellent telephone manner
