My client, a growing business based in Newton Abbot have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a busy role in which the successful candidate will be leading a small Customer Services team and ensuring an efficient quality customer service experience for customers

Customer Service Manager responsibilities include...

  • To observe and manage a small customer service team on a daily basis, including but not limited to monitoring training, sickness and promoting a good team morale.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators weekly
  • To work with the Head of Sales and Customer Services to achieve all departmental goals and objectives.
  • To put forward and encourage practical ideas to improve the efficiency of the department.
  • To communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems
  • To resolve complaints and answer questions from customers regarding services and procedures.
  • To conduct performance management procedures

Previous supervisory experience within an office based customer service role is essential along with excellent communication and organisation skills. Candidates should be confident and have a positive and flexible approach to work.
