Cathedral Appointments are seeking an experienced administrator for a Customer Service Coordinator role on the outskirts of Exeter. Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor with an excellent reputation and a vast customer-base. The purpose of this role is to ensure all sales orders and customer enquiries are accurately dealt with. 

Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Process and manage customer orders, queries and credit requests
  • Advise customers of product availability and updates regarding shipments
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts
  • Resolve all matters of customer complains quickly and courteously
  • Monitor and develop company systems and procedures for continuous customer service improvement

Customer Service Coordinator requirements include...

  • Previous office based experience, ideally in a customer service environment
  • Personable and friendly with an excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of basic customer service administration
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience working to deadlines
