My client, a rapidly growing business based in Exeter is looking to recruit a bright, confident individual to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide exceptional levels of customer service and sales support across a variety of departments.

Very much a team role, you will enjoy a fast paced and busy environment in a friendly and fun team setting. The business has an exciting and quickly developing premium product range, and a diverse client base which is growing very quickly as they expand their sales and marketing reach.

Customer Service and Sales Support responsibilities include...

Duties for the Customer Service and Sales Support role include:

  • Providing great customer service via email and telephone
  • Supporting the busy sales team to meet client expectation
  • Taking, processing and managing customer orders
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure stock levels can meet customer requirements
  • Regular contact with other departments to ensure smooth communications and team working
  • Updating customer details on company database
  • Dealing with any customer issues or problems, ensuring appropriate actions are taken as needed
  • Regular customer liaison to maintain and develop strong relationships
  • Updating on line portals as required
  • Any other general office admin duties as required

Previous customer service experience is essential along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. You will be dynamic and organised with excellent customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
