They are ideally looking for someone with previous customer service experience who is going to be able to step into the role and be confident dealing with enquiries, as well as being the face of their business greeting customers as they arrive. The successful candidate will be hard working and have strong attention to detail. This is a full time, permanent position, although job shares will be considered.

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities include...

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator are:

  • To act as a first port of call for in-bound enquiries/complaints via telephone and email, re-directing where appropriate
  • Document call information and update CRM system accordingly
  • Entering & updating new customer information into the system
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure orders and enquiries are processed and handled efficiently
  • Any other administrative based duties

Customer Service Administrator requirements include...

The requirements of the Customer Service Administrator are:

  • A hard working and can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills especially with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of AXIS software would be advantageous, but not essential
  • A good team player
  • Highly organised with good data entry skills
  • Experience working within engineering/manufacturing industry would be desirable, though not essential
