Cathedral Appointments have a great opportunity to join a leading business services consultancy as a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. Our client drives efficiencies in key business cost areas such as Finance, Energy, Telecoms and Business Services and prides itself on its customer relationships. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the customer services team, who manage network and direct members and their customers. This is a busy and varied position and would suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to work quickly with good attention to detail.

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities include...

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Contract management using Dynamics CRM and general data management
  • Entering and updating client contract information
  • Payments checking and liaising with the finance team as required
  • Maintain awareness of market trends including client and competitor activity
  • Assist the Customer Services Team by implementing feedback from customer and network members following surveys
  • Any other administrative duties as required

Requirements of Customer Service Administrator Include: 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi task in a busy environment and meet changing deadlines
  • Able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
  • Strong IT skills
