Customer Service Administrator

The successful candidate will have a warm and friendly personality and have a proven track record in customer service. The main purpose of this role is to support both internal and external customers, helping them to grow and develop their business.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Answer the phone in a friendly and confident manner and respond to customer enquiries appropriately.
  • Reply to email enquiries in a friendly, clear and accurate information and liaise with other departments as required.
  • Assist with stock lists and creating paperwork for events
  • Process orders, setting up new accounts and liaising with couriers as required
  • Manage the printing, mail and office stock levels
  • Update the website regularly
  • Assist with planning and setting up regular training events
  • General Office Admin as required

The requirements of the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • A friendly and cheerful manner with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong IT skills with experience using Excel and Photoshop
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
  • A self-starter who is able to use their own initiative
