  • Create a range of innovative and personalised communications across digital channels
  • Analyse, track and monitor the performance of campaigns and web activities
  • Manage agencies, suppliers and budgets
  • Conduct research and competitor benchmarking

The ideal CRM & Marketing Manager

  • Proven track record of delivering effective CRM and customer engagement campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence others
  • Highly organised and pro-active
  • A natural leader, with the ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Digital and Direct Marketing experience – B2C essential!
