Our client is seeking a highly-organised individual to join a well-established company based in Totnes. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and project managing the order process for key accounts in the UK, EU and Export and will run and provide insight and reports for the sales team. 

Customer Project Co-ordinator responsibilities include...

  • Working closely with the UK and EU Sales Team to project manage the process of key account orders including:
    • Forecasting stock for key customers
    • Providing operational contact for key clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts
    • Placing bespoke orders as and when required
  • Responsible for managing and developing the export sector
  • Reporting – run weekly and monthly reports in conjunction with the Business Analyst and provide insight and actionable outputs
  • Act as key contact during trade shows and attending where necessary
  • Take responsibility for sending out brochures and samples to key clients on a regular basis 

Customer Project Co-ordinator requirements include...

Applicants should be educated to a good level, and should have good numeracy, and written and spoken English skills. The ability to speak French, German, Spanish or Italian would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will be highly organised and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team successfully using their own initiative to ensure that all tasks are completed successfully on time.

Key experience:

  • Sales coordination or project based experience
  • Customer facing and the ability to provide a high level of services at all times
  • Previous experience of creating reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Highly organised and efficient, with a pro-active and not reactive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
