We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for analytics and the ability to present sound arguments in analytics.

The successful candidate will form an essential part of the e-commerce function, working closely with their team to create and nurture 3rd party and affiliate relationships to promote the organisations activity, seeking opportunities to drive the business forward. 

Customer Acquisition Manager responsibilities include...

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the key resources to drive customers to the online buying experience with the establishment of key traffic-driving partnerships online to include Paid Search (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

Create and drive store awareness both online and offline, promote seasonal buying opportunities and merchandise multi-channel prospects.

The ability and knowledge to choose and recommend selected affiliates and utilisation of Social Media and Social Media Engagement.

PPC: Analysis of campaigns, manage budgets

Affiliates: Identify, recruit and develop affiliate relationships; Drive incentives to meet KPIs; Communication with partners; Accountability for all affiliate budgets, admin and delivery of campaigns; Analyse and evaluate campaigns; Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to communicate on results; Deal effectively with sites and other 3rd party avenues

3rd Party Sites: Groupon Etc

Ebay and Amazon: Setting up of product feeds, Reporting

Metrics: Unique visitors, reporting and analysing by source e.g. number from partnerships/ number from search and number from Social Media; Cost of paid search and customer acquisition; Click through rates on advertising; Tracked advertising click throughs to purchase consideration

Tools: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Monetate, SLI, Criteo, EAFusion, Webgains, Ebay and Amazon
