Compliance Administrator role working for an established client with offices across the South West. This position will support my clients at their offices in both East Devon and South Somerset, so a driving licence and a car is essential. The aim of this role is to help Senior Management to ensure all staff comply with the regulations for its quality accreditations.

Compliance Administrator responsibilities include...

  • To proficiently communicate the mission of the organisation, through executed plans
  • To coordinate policies and procedures to assure quality compliance
  • To drive processes forward improving the systems where necessary
  • To prepare data
  • To monitor and review files
  • To analyse client feedback
  • Answering queries
  • To train staff including IT and other ad-hoc changes

Compliance Administrator requirements include...

  • Experience of working within a compliance administration role
  • Legal Secretary experience, finance experience, or a very strong administration experience would also be advantageous
  • A good eye for detail and accuracy are essential
  • Flexibility to travel to my client’s various offices
  • Adaptable, to be able to manage different projects quickly and effectively
  • A team player who has sound communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident and driven with the ability to implement change
