Our client is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and self-starting Communications Coordinator to work collaboratively with members of the three core functional teams within this growing organisation. The functional teams are Intelligence, Innovation and Improvement. The aim of this role is to deliver an exceptional communications service and reach our clients various audiences.

Communications Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Creating promotional collateral to explain the work of the organisations Intelligence, Innovation and Improvement core work streams
  • Initiating and writing press releases
  • Maintaining the programme pages on the website
  • Creating and implementing targeted communications plans for events, new project launches and to publicise research/project outcomes
  • Assist with programme writing documentation and research areas of interest for target audiences
  • Help to maintain up to date media database
  • Help develop, build and maintain up to date social media presence for programme activities and events via Twitter and LinkedIn

Communications Coordinator requirements include...

We are looking for someone with a real flair with words and all things content related

  • The ability to communicate complex products in a simple way that gets the key message across
  • Ideally degree educated or alternatively a relevant qualification
  • Strong experience in a communications role

This is a full time, permanent role which may involve occasional travel throughout the South West and requires a full UK driving license.
