A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the highly reputable Commercial Property department of one of the South West’s largest law firms.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a busy and established department. To be considered you will have a 2:1 or equivalent degree and have completed your training at a top 100 law firm which is recognised for its Commercial Property practise.

Commercial Property Solicitor responsibilities include...

You will need to take on an existing case load as well as being comfortable marketing yourself and helping to grow the business across the firm’s offices.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide advice on the following commercial property matters in particular:

  • Freehold sales and acquisitions.
  • Public sector funding agreements.
  • Commercial leases.
  • Commercial and residential property development, including development agreements, options and overage.
  • Corporate support.
  • Pubs and hotels – buying, selling and leasing.

Commercial Property Solicitor requirements include...

  • Bright, amiable and a strong team player
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Familiar with a range of IT systems and confident with use of MS Office
  • Able to self-support
  • A strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Experienced in a range of business development activities

This role will involve augmenting the skills of the current team and continuing to develop the workload of the department.

This is a full time position and the salary on offer will depend on level of experience but will be highly competitive and includes additional benefits.
