I have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Finance Administrator working for a service provider in a beautiful location near Totnes. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a team of four, the successful candidate will be looking after customers, creating invoices, price works and complete tenders.

Commercial Finance Administrator responsibilities include...

  • To maintain good customer relationships, via telephone and email.
  • To create invoices using Sage
  • To complete tenders and extract information
  • To log quotes onto the system
  • To ensure quotes, prices and tenders are returned to the customer promptly and completely
  • To maintain clear and organised records, and keep a filing system
  • Ensuring each numerical information is accurate as each customer has different rates agreed
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities when required to assist with other areas of the business

Commercial Finance Administrator requirements include...

  • Previous experience of working in a finance position
  • Experience using Sage
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • A strong customer service background
  • A team player who can work well independently
  • Accuracy is key, with a strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
