Client Service & Training Manager – New opportunity to join a high growth business as their Client Service & Training Manager.  Your remit will be to lead, coach and develop a team of customer service and account management professionals.  

Client Service & Training Manager responsibilities include...

·         Train, coach, support and manage the team ensuring full compliance

·         Develop and deliver a training programme for new starters and existing team members to improve the overall level of service provided to all customers

·         Inspire and motivate the individuals to reach monthly financial targets and performance KPIs

·         Recruit new team members and be responsible for HR matters

·         Implement processes, structure and strategy of running the team

·         Provide a ‘hands on’ approach to supporting the commercial team 

Client Service & Training Manager requirements include...

·         Strong customer service, communication and team management experience

·         Experience of planning and delivering training

·         Ability to motivate and empower the team to achieve goals and objectives

·         Ability to manage time effectively and to work well under pressure

·         Commercially astute and able to see the bigger picture
