Client Service Executive opportunity for Exeter based legal firm.  This is a new role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the full 360 degree view of the clients journey and experience within the business.

Client Service Executive responsibilities include...

Core duties and responsibilities will include: -

  • Champion the client throughout the firm, balancing the client’s needs with business requirements and presenting a compelling case for internal change and improvement.
  • Working closely with internal teams to explore how services can be delivered differently. This could be simplifying procedures, providing more choice etc.
  • Exploring ways of using technology to improve the service.
  • Using management information and client data to learn more about how to communicate with clients in a more personalised way.

The successful candidate will offer the following skills and experience : -

  • A solid background in a similar role with a track record of introducing client service improvements is essential.
  • Previous experience of transforming service delivery and automating services.
  • Experience of working within business service or professional service.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the latest customer feedback techniques and tools such as Net Promoter and Trust Pilot.
  • Strong team player with confident communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
