My client, a well-established and highly respected Financial Services business are looking for a Client Liaison Assistant to join their team in Exeter. Forming a key part of the pensions and investments team, the role of Client Liaison is to work directly with the Managing Director along as well as their Financial Planner, to ensure the company delivers the level of service expected by its clients. 

Client Liaison Assistant responsibilities include...

  • To manage advisors’ diary and assist in planning for meetings/appointments
  • Telephone answering and dealing with calls appropriately
  • Assist with client review preparation
  • Support Paraplanners with obtaining evidence of investment and product research
  • Assist in preparing for quarterly reviews
  • Support advisor and seek ways in which the delivery of the client service can be improved at all times
  • Drafting and sending general client and provider correspondence
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is kept up to date
  • To develop and maintain excellent relationship with all clients of the business
  • To maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm 

Client Liaison Assistant requirements include...

  • Experience working within Financial Services Administration or a Banking/IFA/Pensions environment is highly desirable
  • A confident and friendly communicator
  • Efficient, methodical, organised, punctual and able to work independently
  • Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience working with Intelligent Office desirable but not essential
  • Able to prioritise your workload and juggle numerous deadlines effectively
  • Qualifications in Financial Services would be advantageous but not essential

The successful candidate will be highly organised and have a good command of the English language, both orally and written.
