My client, a well-established and highly respected Financial Services organisation are looking for a Client Liaison Administrator to join their team in Exeter. Forming a key part of the support team, the role of Client Liaison is to work directly with one of the company Directors along as well as their Financial Planners, to provide an excellent level of service and care to the company’s clients

Client Liaison Administrator responsibilities include...

The Key Responsibilities of the Client Liaison Assistant will include:

  • To manage advisors’ diary and assist in planning for meetings
  • To develop and maintain excellent relationship with all clients of the business
  • To ensure that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard
  • To maintain existing client review communications
  • To act as a main point of contact for both new enquiries and existing client queries
  • To maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm 

Client Liaison Administrator requirements include...

Essential requirements for the Client Liaison Assistant include:

  • Qualifications in Financial Services would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience working within Financial Services Administration or a Banking/IFA/Wealth Management environment is essential
  • Efficient, methodical, organised, punctual and able to work independently
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to prioritise your workload and juggle numerous deadlines effectively

The successful candidate will be highly organised and have a good command of the English language, both orally and written.
