Business Systems Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting quality achievement and a culture of continual improvement across the business.
  • Developing and implementing quality management strategy and plans, to support the business in the achievement of its annual business plan and longer-term strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining systems to ensure the business remains compliant with all relevant national and international standards
  • Defining processes and procedures in conjunction with other key stakeholders to optimise the performance and the ways of working for its staff
  • Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are in place across all of the business and that these plans are robustly tested on a regular basis

Business Systems Manager (ISO9001) requirements include...

The ideal Business Systems Manager:

  • Previous experience working within a commercial environment in a similar role (ideally exposure to ISO 9001: 2015 or similar quality standard).
  • Experience of applying risk management methodology.
  • Confident in dealing with people of all levels of seniority.
  • Highly proficient using all Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience of Microsoft Visio would be highly beneficial.
