Business Systems Manager – this is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business as a Business Systems Manager. The role will be responsible for designing, maintaining and improving business systems to ensure a high quality service.

  • Promoting quality achievements and performance improvement across the business
  • Developing and implementing quality management strategy and plans to support achievement of the businesses annual business plan and longer term strategy
  • Developing and maintaining systems to facilitate:


    • Retention of accreditation to ISO9001
    • Compliance with relevant national and international standards
    • Continual improvement of workflows to ensure they are streamlined, effective and consistent
    • Facilitation measurement of performance against established standards and KPI’s
  • Defining processes and procedures in conjunction with the key stakeholders including streamlining existing processes
  • Managing the programme of internal audit including management of the audit team as well as liaising with external quality auditors
  • Liaising with quality management and standard bodies and maintaining compliance for accreditations
  • Maintaining and implementing a robust Business Continuity Plan

Business Systems Manager requirements include...

The successful candidate will be able to display a strong background in business system and process improvement within a commercial environment coupled with exposure to ISO 9001 accreditation. Experience in applying risk management methodology is key as is a strong communicator who is able to work proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to promote quality standards and improvements and implement change. Due to the nature of the role candidates will be required to travel to other offices in the UK on a regular basis.
