My client, a leading manufacturing business based in Newton Abbot, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the site

Business Support Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Run reports and present information to the relevant personnel as required.
  • Project administration
  • To cover reception and co-ordinate site visitor and contractor arrangements
  • General Office Administration
  • Ensure site training database are up to date
  • Maintain purchase order logs
  • Organise transport for the site and ensure all information is logged

Business Support Administrator requirements include...

The successful candidate should have previous office based experience, excellent communication and prioritisation skills, ideally with experience working to deadlines. A good understanding of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is essential.
