Business Development Director (B2B Electronics) – my client is a world leading designer and manufacturer supplying markets across the world through major OEMs, brand label customers and their own distributors.  This is a board level appointment and the successful Business Development Director will lead the development of new marketing strategies and take full advantage of their exciting new range of industry beating products.

Business Development Director (B2B Electronics) responsibilities include...

     •        Develop a full understanding of current markets and new markets identifying challenges faced in these by competition, standards requirements etc;

     •        Negotiating with major industry OEMs for branded versions of product range;

     •        Developing, appointing/replacing distributors in all World markets;

     •        Identifying markets for R&D and engineering development talent for future growth and assisting in the specification of new products;

     •        Leading the Sales Team in increasing the Company’s turnover and maintaining a world class level of customer response and support;

     •        Developing marketing materials and tools required;

     •        Budgetary management, resource allocation, company development and all matters relating to the running of a modern high tech company.

Business Development Director (B2B Electronics) requirements include...

  • Have a proven record in B2B business development of technical products;
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of my client’s product range;
  • Experience of leading a successful team;
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
