Cathedral Appointments in is looking for a full-time administration support coordinator to join our client’s busy Business Development team during an exciting time of growth for this friendly and successful education training company. This role will play a vital part in supporting regional staff in securing new business and boosting interest in the company through effective relationship building and ambassadorial work. This is not a ‘salesy’ pressured or heavily targeted role or team, and whilst some exposure to a Business Development or client focused business or commercial customer service environment would be an advantage, the key requirements are for a willing, flexible and bright individual who has great communication and administrative skills.

Varied and interesting, the successful candidate will be working on many varied tasks to generate brand awareness, build rapport and develop relationships. 

Business Development Admin Support Coordinator (Education and Training) responsibilities include...

  • Support the Business Development team to increase awareness of the company by aiding the regional teams
  • Building strong relationships that will be nurtured over a long period of time
  • Handle and process new business enquiries
  • Progress leads and provisional bookings
  • Follow up on online registrations
  • Update flyers and other Admin and Sales Support materials
  • Assist with booking commissioned courses  

Business Development Admin Support Coordinator (Education and Training) requirements include...

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Brilliant organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexible approach to supporting the team to meet deadlines
  • Experience of direct marking would be an advantage, as would CRM experience and database management.
  • A background or interest in Education or Training would be of particular interest
