Our client is a high growth business within a niche business sector, who are currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their busy, friendly team. Our client is currently going through an unprecedented period of growth and as such are recruiting a number of key personnel to grow with the business.

Business Development Coordinator responsibilities include...

Supporting the Business Development Manager, the key purpose of this role will be to support regional staff in securing new business and to boost interest in the business Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Regional Development Managers to increase awareness of the business across the country
  • Handling and processing of new business enquiries and providing a client focussed approach
  • Progressing leads and provisional bookings
  • Progressing and following up online registrations
  • Updating flyers and other marketing materials
  • Assisting with the booking and administration process for the business
  • Using company IT systems to maintain accurate records and information
  • Contributing to team and process development

Business Development Coordinator requirements include...

This is a varied and challenging role with fantastic opportunities for development. Candidates must have strong administrative experience within a similar business development focussed role coupled with first class customer service and relationship building skills. Commercial awareness is key as is a familiarity with direct marketing techniques, CRM systems and database management. Project coordination skills would also be advantageous.
