We are looking for a full time Administrator to join our client’s busy business development team in Newton Abbot. This is an exciting time of growth for this friendly and successful company and the key purpose of this role is to provide general admin support to the business development and regional teams. The successful candidate will be willing, flexible and bright, who has great communication and administrative skills.

Administration Assistant responsibilities include...

  • Process and follow up online registrations
  • Building strong relationships that will be nurtured over a long period of time
  • Handle and process new bookings
  • Update flyers and other business development materials
  • Assist with proof reading marketing material

Administration Assistant requirements include...

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to foster strong client relations
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Brilliant organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management would be advantageous
