Responsible for undertaking administration procedures and processes, ensuring that they are followed without loss to the company/client. To provide secretarial and reception support ensuring that a first class service is delivered to all clients.

Banking Administrator responsibilities include...

Responsible for general administration using the office standard procedures including:

  • Correct setting up of new client accounts
  • Monitoring the transfer of assets / cash in and out from other Institutions
  • Liaising with operations departments to ensure all client work is completed accurately in a timely fashion
  • Communicating with clients / Agents
  • Assisting with secretarial duties such as reception duties

Administration of client accounts and liaising with other company departments to ensure this. Ensure that records are kept accordingly, in-line with FCA and office procedures. Responsible for the safe custody of client property

Liaising with other members of the office and assisting them with their administrative duties. General administration duties as required.

Undertaking training program and additional development activities as required under the Training and Competence requirements.

Banking Administrator requirements include...

Dealing with clients / Agents in a polite and efficient manner

Confidentiality / diplomacy / communication skills / attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure/to strict deadlines and within a team

Ability to track own workload and take responsibility for tasks

Keyboard/IT skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
