Reporting directly to the Commercial and Operations Director, this role is responsible for the spare parts online sales and after care that we provide, covering the development of the Business to Consumer (B2C) offering from the business as well as providing staff cover for Business to Business (B2B). This person will be responsible for understanding our product portfolio, how we process orders and, as part of a team, working to ensure that all our digital data records are accurate and as up to date as possible.

B2C Coordinator - Digital Data and Ecommerce responsibilities include...

Spares Online (B2C)

  • Management of two websites and all items listed –Stovax Spares & Yeoman Spares
  • Queries – phone/website/email
  • Checking that all customer orders placed online are filtering into our ERP system fully and correctly.
  • Processing any VAT invoice requests for customers.
  • Monthly sales report.
  • Manage the preparation and listing of all new spare parts to support new product listings, working closely with our R&D department, Purchasing as well as Marketing department.
  • Ensure that no bugs occur through our Online order system (Lemonstand) and Sage, working with the team to swiftly resolve any that are identified.
  • Process any Returns through our CRM system,Saleslogix, using the ticket system.
  • Maintain awareness of current trading laws and ensuring our B2C offering remains entirely compliant at all times.
  • Continued development of the spare parts online offering to improve quality of service and broaden our range.

Digital Data Maintenance

  • Setup of new product codes within our ERP system; including all Extended Attributes data for each item
  • Management of all obsolescent product codes
  • Continuously reviewing all digital data for accuracy of all product level information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer services
  • IT literate – with Intermediate/advanced excel experience (formulas & pivots)
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Numerate &Accurate with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work independently as well as a larger team.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and ability to grasp large amounts of product information.
  • Positive work attitude

Desirable Qualities

  • Experience in the use of a Content Management System
  • Successful history of working with B2C systems
  • Eager and willing to add to their knowledge base
  • Knowledge of computerised CRM system would help
