Our client works within property services and deals with many high-end clients, so a professional manner is essential for this role. As the Secretary you will be providing full secretarial support to part of the management team and must be available immediately.

  • Audio and copy typing a high volume of documents  
  • Organising incoming and outgoing correspondence’s and records
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Answer phone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person
  • Printing and sending out statements as requested
  • Prepare expenses
  • Support with team events when required

  • A good level of education especially within English
  • A professional appearance and attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Experienced with using MS office including mail merge
  • Exceptional audio and copy typing skills
