Cathedral Appointments are looking for a motivated and improvement focused individual to join the Engineering department of a reputable business in Tiverton. The main purpose of the role is to provide fast, efficient, and accurate administrative support within a busy team. The ideal applicant will be highly organised and have strong communication skills. 

Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Developing and implementing new systems
  • Responding to queries from external and internal contacts
  • Producing reports and analysis
  • Maintaining databases such as supplier details
  • Administration support for the Engineering and H&S department. 

Administrator requirements include...

  • Experience in an administrative role desirable
  • Can demonstrate a flexible approach to work
  • Self-motivated
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making ability

This is an exciting and challenging role and would suit an experienced administrator/recent graduate who is methodical in their approach, and can manage a large volume of work. The successful candidate must maintain a consistent level of accuracy on all tasks, have a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
