Cathedral Appointments are seeking an experienced administrator to join a transport-based training company in Exeter. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative and customer support along with some reception duties. This is a full time permanent role with the view to start as soon as possible. The Administrator will be working from the main office, which is easily accessible by public transport and will share duties with two other full-time members of staff as well as having responsibilities of their own.

Responsibilities for the Administrator include:

  • Support on Reception
  • Receiving telephone/email enquiries and handling accordingly
  • Supporting the team in promotion of the business
  • Coordinating and taking bookings
  • Dealing with existing and new clients
  • General filing, copying and data entry
  • Analysis of customer feedback
  • Stationery stock control, pricing and ordering
  • Provision of documentation and paperwork
  • Company promotion through media (face book, twitter)

Administrator – Immediate Start requirements include...

Requirements for the Administrator include:

  • Experience in an administrative, office-based role desirable
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently and ability to learn about new courses/programmes
