Cathedral Appointments are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join a long standing and growing business based in Wellington. This is a busy role within a small team in which the successful candidate will be supporting the Wholesale Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. My client would consider applicants from both full time and part time candidates.

Administrator - Full or Part time responsibilities include...

Duties of the administrator include:

  • Updating the database with weekly delivery and despatch information
  • Booking and liaising with couriers
  • Processing orders and any potential amendments
  • Liaising with production and admin team
  • Data entry

Administrator - Full or Part time requirements include...

Key skills required of the administrator include:

  • Previous administration experience within an office based role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work within a team and to deadlines
