Cathedral Appointments is recruiting for an exceptional senior administrator to join our fantastic client based in Exeter. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly using their own initiative to consistently deliver high standards of work. 

Administrative Coordinator (Senior) responsibilities include...

  • Able to communicate professionally with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide logistic support for meetings, arranging travel and accommodation as required
  • Attend meetings and take / distribute minutes
  • Record any reported product issues and monitor resolutions
  • Record sales information using the CRM to maximise new opportunities
  • Liaise with other teams within the company 
  • Monitor incoming communications and action as appropriate
  • Provide diary and appointment planning to the team
  • Prepare information packs for external clients
  • Type up meeting notes from audio files and hand-written notes
  • Project work and project management
  • Plus, any other tasks as needed by the team, or that you identify need doing – this is a very hands-on role where you will have accountability, responsibility and a high degree of input and self-management!

Administrative Coordinator (Senior) requirements include...

  • Demonstrable experience within an administrative or office support role – whether this is as a PA, an Office Manager, or a business/commercially based co-ordinator or manager is not important
  • A keen eye for detail, able to work meticulously and with great accuracy, especially when deadlines are looming or timescales are tight
  • Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills, aa genuine team person with a helpful and approachable manner
  • Proactive and disciplined with the ability to multitask – juggling multiple projects will be the norm rather than the exception
  • A problem solver and lateral thinker, able to deliver great work sometimes only from a loose brief or using lots of your creativity and initiative
  • Be discreet, trustworthy and professional as you will be dealing with sensitive and confidential data
