City Centre based business are seeking a bright and competent administrator to join their fast paced and successful Team. The ideal candidate will possess first class organisational abilities, and be able to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects. This role is initially offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis of up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent appointment on completion.

Administration Coordinator responsibilities include...

Responsibilities will include:

·         Effectively manage the timelines of multiple production projects

·         Ensure amendments are clear and compliant before issuing to the team

·         Checking all work thoroughly and accurately

·         Record all of your individual and daily activities using excel spreadsheets

·         Ensure booklets are received by the printing department and dispatched correctly

·         Manage your own busy workload and maintain accurate timelines for all of your accounts

Administration Coordinator requirements include...

The successful candidate will have the following as a minimum:

·         Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)

·         Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel

·         Organised and methodical, excellent eye for detail and careful in your work

·         ]Calm under pressure, able to work to multiple deadlines

·         Flexible, helpful, adaptable, team orientated

·         Professional, articulate, good work ethic
