My client, a leading law firm based in Exeter have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a diverse role, which requires excellent organisation and communication skills.

Administration Assistant responsibilities include...

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a relaxed and professional manner
  • Managing all meeting rooms and ensuring IT equipment is available when needed
  • File opening and helping to prepare bundles
  • Electronic and paper based filing
  • Copy typing
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required

Administration Assistant requirements include...

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in an office environment, have excellent customer service skills and be able to work on their own initiative. Experience using Microsoft Office is also essential. 

This role is full time Monday to Friday and would suit a recent graduate or college leaver looking to begin a career within a legal setting.
