My client, a leading law firm based in Exeter have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a diverse role, which requires effective administration support to the firm initially based in the Insurance and Public Risk department.

Administration Assistant responsibilities include...

  • File management
  • General administration duties including typing, filing and photocopying
  • Undertaking billing and invoicing
  • Preparing routine correspondence
  • Processing and chasing cheques
  • Saving emails, faxes and scanned documents
  • Distribution of incoming post
  • File administration
  • Other ad hoc duties when required


Administration Assistant requirements include...

  • Good organisational skills
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
  • An effective communicator
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 including outlook, Word and intermediate Excel
  • 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades A*-C including Maths and English
