This role, reporting to the Department Head, will suit a self-motivated candidate who is able to make informed decisions and see them through to implementation. Your overriding objective is to manage both existing and potential channels to drive sales and new customer acquisition through the company’s website.

To do this you will be given the creative freedom to formulate new strategies and manage both internal and external expertise to reach your targets

Acquisition Marketing Manager responsibilities include...


·         Manage and evaluate activity across a range of channels including SEM, affiliates, partnerships, display, group buying and PR against the agreed KPIs.

·         Manage budgets, negotiation and forecasting and RoI of the those channels 

·         Make recommendations and implement new channels, promotions and campaigns where agreed

·         Manage the relationship and briefing of external agencies to deliver innovative strategic plans that will deliver agreed results.

Acquisition Marketing Manager requirements include...

Skills and Qualifications Required:

·         Good understanding of ecommerce, traffic drivers, online merchandising, customer journey.

·         Degree educated or significant digital marketing experience

·         Creativity – you’ll be the front door for the brand in many instances! You’ll manage external designers to ensure creative resonates effectively with target audience.

·         Love of data. Ability to uncover actionable insights, make logical recommendations to drive informed action

·         Track record of delivering on KPIs such as sales, revenue and ROI targets


·         3-5 years digital marketing experience

·         Experience managing  marketing budgets, forecasts and negotiations

·         Experience extracting data from large databases and proprietary systems

·         Numerate with good analytical skills

·         Highly organised and detail-orientated

·         Proactive – thinking up new ideas, solutions, and ways to improve

·         Able to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritise effectively

·         Able to work efficiently and deliver projects quickly

·         Creative, proactive and eager to learn about our customers and market

·         An independent and self-motivated individual
