A fantastic opportunity for a part-time Accounts Clerk. My client is a nationally based giftware company opening a brand new office based in Totnes. They require an experienced credit controller/finance assistant to join their new team. This is a part-time role and the client offer flexibility in terms of hours.

Accounts Clerk Part-time (2 or 3 days per week) responsibilities include...

  • Credit Control
  • Purchase ledger requirements
  • Sales ledger requirements
  • Updating Sage 50
  • Other ad-hoc financial tasks as required

Accounts Clerk Part-time (2 or 3 days per week) requirements include...

  • Strong accounts assistant experience
  • Experience of using Sage 50
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong administrative background
  • Upbeat and outgoing personality
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule own workload
  • Good eye for detail with strong problem solving skills

My client is will consider 2 or 3 days per week, if you are looking for 3 days then we will require a strong administrator or someone with good Excel skills.
