Accounts Assistant role working in Exeter for an exciting and forward thinking organisation. This is a temporary opportunity so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. This role has come available due to growth, for the right candidate, there might be the opportunity for a permanent opportunity.

Accounts Assistant - Temporary responsibilities include...

  • Purchase ledger responsibilities including setting up new suppliers
  • Coding and entering invoices
  • Liaising with colleagues and managers for purchase ledger queries and approvals
  • Preparing invoices
  • Preparation of invoice payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty cash management
  • Processing of expenses and charge card receipts
  • Preparation of purchase ledger related KPIs for management pack
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Management of fixed asset registers

Accounts Assistant - Temporary requirements include...

The ideal candidate will be available immediately, numerate and literate. An AAT qualification is also preferred. Experience of working in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant based role is essential. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and flexible person who has a flexible approach and strong attention to detail.
