Exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger temp, working for an established organisation based in Wellington. This assignment is for 1 month possibly longer.

Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger temp (1 month) responsibilities include...

  • To ensure accounts are maintained to reflect accurate and up-to-date information

  • Process necessary transactions within agreed timescale

  • To resolve queries on supplier invoices

  • To maintain good relationships with suppliers

  • Process the Bacs run

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements to the creditor’s ledger

Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger temp (1 month) requirements include...

  • Purchase Ledger experience

  • Experience of working within a financial environment

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word

  • Good attention to detail.
