Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for positioning KCOM as the trusted advisor for connectivity, cloud and voice solutions to customers’ and ensuring differentiation between our business and other providers


Account Managers x 2 responsibilities include...

More specifically, you will be responsible for;

·         Working closely with account leads to understand the Account Business Plan in order to support the implementation of the account strategy

·         Managing and developing your own set of accounts

·         Engaging daily with allocated customers in order to proactively establish needs and deliver against them

·         Consulting over the phone with customers to gain an understanding of their business needs in order to propose the right solutions that meet their requirements and earn profitable revenue for KCOM

·         Producing Customer Proposals in order to support the winning of new business with existing, or new, prospects

·         Develop networks of relationships and contacts across allocated accounts in order to generate internal referrals with the aim of closing more opportunities in new areas of the organisation

·         Updating Salesforce with customer account, order and contact information in order to maintain accurate and visible data for all of KCOM concerning allocated accounts

·         Monitoring customer satisfaction and take action to ensure that any issues receive immediate action to put relationship back in to a positive framework

Account Managers x 2 requirements include...

To be successful in your application you will;

·         Have previous sales experience (ideally gained in a technology focused organisation)

·         Be willing to learn about new technologies

·         Be proficient in customer interaction through excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Be a confident at building new relationships

·         Be pro-active and motivated to achieve and exceed targets
