Account Manager (Senior)

Cathedral Appointments are seeking an experienced Account Manager for a fantastic Exeter-based business. Our client has experienced significant growth in recent years, and excellent client experience is vital for continued growth. As an Account Manager, you will nurture relationships with existing clients and spot opportunities for development and growth. Strong communication skills are essential in this role – both written and verbal. You will contribute to important negotiations where contracts are being agreed/amended, and it is essential that you maintain positive relationships throughout this process. 

Account Manager (Senior) responsibilities include...

  • Act as the primary point of contract for all client requirements
  • Take ownership of contractual relationships with existing clients and oversee all billing for each account
  • Manage expectations and oversee the successful delivery of projects
  • Support and contribute to pitches, proposals and presentations to expand accounts
  • Ensure that pricing incorporated into any quote is commercially viable
  • Respond to all client queries in a timely manner
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Account Manager (Senior) requirements include...

  • A strong background in client engagement and relationship development
  • Exposure dealing with small, medium and large organisations
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable presenting to internal and external contacts
  • Highly organised and able to manage workload – this the ability to prioritise is essential in this role
