Working closely with creative and media teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of client relationships for the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of client contact: building and maintaining client relationships
  • Presenting Agency proposals and creative work using both written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiating and gaining approval from Clients regarding all projects and creative work, ensuring that all work is completed according to arrangements
  • Managing and developing direct reports on a daily basis
  • Ensuring that budgets, timing plans, briefs, and creative statuses are accurately maintained
  • Overseeing the trafficking of all projects  
  • Monitoring all Client jobs costs on daily basis
  • Working with a portfolio of prestigious brands

Applicants should possess finely honed communication skills, both verbal and written, and will have experience either within a marketing or advertising agency, or demonstrable inhouse marketing experience through which they have gained a solid understanding of advertising and marketing. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of Client delivery when working to tight deadlines.
